Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

A high ESR is an indication for extensive work up to elucidate a cause.

Prescription of an antibiotic suggests possible underlying infection – care is mandatory in dosing, intervals and duration - because of CKD...

The limited information provided is not sufficient enough to arrive at an appropriate conclusion and further suggestion.../ Only the doctor at the bed side treating her is best suited for further advice...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
