Hands And Feet Fall Asleep Randomly, Have Broken Capillaries On Ankles And Wrist. Suggest?

My hands and feet fall asleep randomly (and when I run) this has been happening for 7 years and I've visited many doctors, neurologist, dermatologist, chiropractor, vascular surgeon, plastic sergeon, many more, no one knows what's wrong...any idea? I'm only 20 years old and I have broken capillaries on my ankles and wrist.

Thanks for reposing your faith in me and post your query on this website. I fully appreciate your concerns.

1. The provided details are too inadequate to reach to a definite conclusion.

2. Frequent numbness of hands and feet may be due to:-
- Vit B12/Thiamine deficiency;
- Anemia;
- Abnormal Hemoglobin.

3. If I were your treating doctor, I would have given a trial of the above-mentioned Vitamins and investigate the other causes mentioned above.

Please feel free to revert back to me in case of further clarifications, if any.
