Hello,
Please check if you have male-pattern baldness or androgenetic alopecia. This is familial in most cases so you might get a cue from your dad, uncles, etc. If you have a male-pattern baldness then medications would temporarily reduce hair fall and that too not completely. The best management plan in these cases would be hair transplantation, a procedure in which genetically resistant hairs from the back of your scalp are taken, follicles are dissected out individually and implanted in the bald regions. No treatment is better than hair transplantation in this regard.
