Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Hair Fall Problem

sir, nowadays hair fall to me due to dandruff and how to stop hair fall & whether my fallen hair place grow new hair or not. it just all happened last 10days because of 10days before am path on Pondicherry sea, after 10 days I having hair fall what s the solution to avoid hair fall & how to stop my dandruff in my scalp

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
It appears that you are continuing to have hair fall because the infection of the scalp has not yet subsided completely.
Kindly use shampoo containing Ketoconaole on alternate days for 2 months. Weekly use shampoo containing Salicylic acid and Selenium.
Gradually, your hair fall should subside. Later you may use these shampoo according to your needs.
Despite these measures, if hair fall does not subside satisfactorily, the cause needs to be evaluated and treated, for which you need to consult Dermatologist.
