Had Polyps Removed From My Cervix, Experienced Vasofagle, Hip, Pelvic And Back Pain, Ovarian Cyst. What Is Going On?

I recently had 2 polyps removed from my cervix in my doctors office. I experienced a vasofagle which was horrible. Since the procedure I have been to the ER twice with horrible hip pelvic and back pain. They diagnosed me with PID and 9 days later was back in the Er when I woke and could barley get out of bed. After having a CT scan they told me it was a ruptured ovarian cyst. I am right back to where I started with hip, pelvic and back pain. Do you think something else is going on?

Hello,
It seems that you have repeated attacks of Vaso vagal Syncope. All your symptoms are due to Vasovagal attack / syncope.
Under certain trigger, which differ from individual to individual the nervous system which controls the Heart Rate and Blood Pressure does not function properly - this is called as Vasovagal attack / syncope. Because of this attack the Heart rate slows, BP falls, the patient faint or become unconscious as the blood supply to the brain is affected. Even on looking frank blood some people may get this attack.
For you the triggering agent may be the Pain. Stress, sudden emotion or sudden standing up position are few among the several triggering agents. Hip, pelvic and back pain may be the associated symptoms.
I assume that you have been treated for the ruptured ovarian cyst (pain might had been very severe in this condition).
Treatment:
Avoiding the triggering agents
During the attack drugs are given to increase the Heart rate and to improve the blood volume.
So nothing to worry and consult the Dr to find the possible triggering agents for you and avoid it, and what should be done during the attack (like electrolytes and salt mixed water etc.)
I hope you understand
Best wishes
