Had Back Pain, Fever And Cough. Noticed Bruises On Hand With Burning Sensation And Turned Into Dark Patches

Kia ora and hi! I have had a pain in my back, for approximately 3-4weeks. I am a certified massage therapist and thought I'd done something to my back, after massaging 3 clients. I thought that maybe I hadn't used my body mechanics properly, however, that same week, I was sick with the flu. Had fever and then a terrible cough (which would hurt my back, like a sharp pain). A week later, I also noticed a huge bruise only on the left hand side of my back, which started from under the floating ribs. It would burn in that area, when I would shower. (The burning sensation only happened for aprox 1 week). Now, it does not hurt in the shower, but there is a patch of dry skin, and the pain is still there, but very dull. It is hard for me to twist or turn, making it hard to get up out of bed in the morn. Please help :) Bless.

Hi,
You do not worry about the rash. It is is the normal sequel to get rash after fever. It will be alright in next few weeks if you are not disturbing it. The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.
You can take any good painkiller like paracetamol for two time a day.
