Had A Pelvic Ultrasound, Uterine Lining Thick, Ovulated, Hpt Negative, No Periods. What Is Happening?
I had a pelvic ultrasound last week for pelvic pain, the sonographer said everything was fine. She then asked if i could be pregnant as my uterine lining was quite thick and she said i had ovulated. I thought i ovulated as i had two days of egg white cervical mucus. I am now 17days past ovulation and no sign of my period and i'm usually very regular but i'm still get negative results on home pregnancy tests. Whats happening?

u have just crossed 3 days (17-14) from ur expected date of period.so it is hard to say anything u hav period within 2-3 days,u have become pregnant ,home made kit are used to detect the hcg level in your urine sample ,it generally appears in the urin within 7 days after missed period.so wait for another 2 to 3 days ,then perform the test um sure either it will positive or definitely u will have periods
