Hi,
Both doctors gave proper medicines, both can be given in this condition.
One is antibiotic and other is for some anerobic type of infection.
Wait till completion of course.
If there is no improvement then you should go for urine culture and sensitivity test to know exact causative bacteria and antibiotic working against it.
After report go for long course of specific antibiotic accordingly.
Take plenty of water.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Ok and take care.
