Get Frequently Nauseated, Dry Heaving, Flush In Face, Body Aches. Any Suggestions ?
I periodically have the episodes or spells where I get nauseated, start dry heaving, get a flush feeling in my face, and kind of body ache. No fever. It has landed me in the ER twice and both times they could not find anything wrong (possible food poisoning). I'm now afraid to travel and eat on trips because I don't know what brings these spells on. Just had check-up two days ago and blood work and blood pressure seem to be fine. I don't know if it is allergy related, but benedryl seemed to help. However, this last time (yesterday it did not). Any suggestions?
