Gaining Weight, Normal Diet, Stressed. Sign Of Hypothyroidism Or Blood Related Issue?

Hi, I am 23 yrs old. My weight was fluctuating between 50 and 51 before 2 and a half months and now all of a sudden I started gaining weight. Now, my weight is 57. I am working for an MNC and my diet also is normal. I have some personal stress these days. Is this a sign of hypothyroidsm or blood related problem? Suggest me

undoubtedly its significant weight gain over the short span of time.
it can be due to several reasons, may be hormone related like thyroid, lifestyle related, even significant stress resulting in atypical depression can show such results.although hypothyroidism is very common, one cannot comment on it without blood report.
i would advise you, please show to your physician ,in addition to some tests he can assess you by clinical history taking and examination also.
