Frequent pain in abdomen, feel bloated, pregnancy test negative, discomfort due to cramps. Reason?

has been almost a month since i feel pain in my lower abdomen .On and off pains but not severe though. A week Ago feels always bloated, my belly and lower abdomen obviously becomes bigger (bloated). Suspected pregnancy but when preg.tested , comes out negative. I had my last period very early than usual on 5th December (12 days earlier than my normal cycle), it was not heavy nor light mens (just the normal), so i guess it s almost impossible to be pregnant..i dont have dishcarge nor bleeding . But my cramps give me unusual discomfort every now and then..could it be pregnancy? or more like ovarian cyst?

You are suffering from irregular early period with pre menstrual syndrome (PMS).
First exclude pregnancy by blood test for B-hcg/ USG lower abdomen though chance is very less.
Need to investigate properly to rule out causes like hormonal imbalance,stress/anxiety,ovarian cyst, thyroid problem,wt gain/extreme loss, irregular eating habits etc.
Do some basic investigation like thyroid profile, LH/FSH, blood estrogen & progesterone level etc and then consult with your gynecologist to take suggestive measures.
Use Tab DROTIN DS to get some relief from abdominal cramp.Avoid salty food/coffee in 2nd half of period,Avoid stress by yoga/deep breathing,Control body wt,Take healthy diet,Use Tab FLUOXETINE 20mg OD and may need OCP/Progesterone pill, maintain personal hygiene and need proper sleep.
Be well.
