Fluoxetine or Sertraline can be used.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Did you try to find out why she is behaving weirdly with you? Why there are frequent fights between you people?

If you are getting depressed due to these ongoing issues then that is due to adjustment disorder and associated depression. Drugs like Fluoxetine or Sertraline can help in reducing the depressive symptoms. The drugs will help to beat the depression and you will get relief. You can visit a doctor for evaluation.

If I have been diagnosed with Adjustment disorder, and I know the stressor connected to the first occurance of anxiety and other symptoms, will or should removal of the stressor environment lead to a cure of the disorder? The symptoms have been present for over 6 months now, but removal of the stressor is complicated - it would involve leaving my spouse who recently decided she is gay and we have three young children. I need to know if leaving her will be the only way to step forward.
