General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to healthcare forum.
Whatever you are feeling is a pain due to nerve damage either by compression or by direct injury to nerve by the fractured bone.
As you dont have any difficulty in muscle function you should not worry about this nerve injury. take analgesics for the pain, and it will go away gradually as the repair of the damaged nerve occure by natural mechanism. Continue treatment for fractured fibula as advised by orthopedic surgeon.
Best wishes for your health.
