Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic! The scan though showing a poly cystic ovarian disease, has to be correlated clinically. Details like your age, duration of marriage, obesity, regularity of periods , all can influence the possibility of you becoming pregnant. PCOD can cause infertility or subfertility but natural pregnancy is possible too. If you have been married and trying to get pregnant for more than a year, you might need assistance. Take care! Wish you all the best!
