Fingers Have Sting Feeling When Holding Cold Items. Get Hives For Short Time. Cold Urticaria?

I believe I have Cold urticaria. This just started happening a month or so ago. I just started noticing that my fingers would sting when holding a cold drink, and then when holding a cup of ice water my arm got hives and then the hives go away after a short time. My question to you...why does it have to be related to an underlying health issue like cancer? I am totally healthy, don't take any meds, and I haven't been sick in over a year. Could it just be an allergy?

this is allergy the hives are due to some allergy anything can start causing allergy at any time at any age
it can be sopsoils shampoo creams ointments or food or clothes
as there are no cancer like disease
our body temp is 37 degree and if there is allergy body skin can tolerate a small variation upto 12 degree down that is 25 degree
and if the substance is below 25 degree or environment is cold the hives occur
need to use anti allergic tab or cream and try to find out the cause and treat accordingly
