The next thing that i kn when i swallowed my saliva , my throat felt pain and uncomfortable, is like u are swallowing a fish bone. Can i know is it normal if you just recover from a fever? Thanks for writing in.

It seems you suffered a viral fever with sore throat. These are the symptoms of sore throat. Nothing to worry. Most of the time they subside by itself.
Salt water gargling, good oral hygiene (chlorhexidine mouth wash) will keep your throat away from secondary infection. If you are not feeling any improvement in soreness of the throat by tomorrow, then better you can take a course of antibiotics for 5 days. Avoid spicy foods, have lot of green leafy vegetables and orange (citrus) fruits, coz they have lot of vit.c and b-complex which will heal your sore throat faster.

Get well soon,
