Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

I would suggest you thorough physical examination from your physician.

Probability is that you could be having Iron deficiency anaemia which could be cause of all these symptoms.

Do get following investigation done

1. Complete blood count and Hemogram
2. Fasting and post prandial Blood Glucose levels

depending on the above findings., upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to be considered
I hope it helped

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Best Regards
