Feeling Fatigue, Bloating After Meal, Reflux Issues At Night, Orange Bowel Movement And Nausea. Suggest?
Hi Im a 23 year old male, i weigh 65kgs my height is 176cm for the past month iv been feeling fatigue all day everyday bloating after every meal most of the time no reflux issues during the day only at bed time bowel movements are always orange coloured random neausia Never a day where my stomach doesnt feel uneasy like somethings wrong iv been taking somac for acid reflux for about 5 years now with no signs of getting better.i thought it may be ibs so iv been taking ibs support acpsules for 2 weeks now with no affect
hi and welcome to HCM.Thanks for the query. It may indicate ibs but if there is no improvement i suggest to do gastroenterologic work up to rule out some more serious bowel inflammatory disease such as crohns or ulcerative colitis. Also it may suggest hiatal hernia or gastriits so gastroscopy should be performed to verify stomach mucosa and helicobacter pylori. In such young people those are not symptoms that should be ignored.
Wish you good health. Regards
