What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Sudden Weight Loss Along With Gas?
my symptoms:prolonged loss of appetite with a lose of 20lbs in past 2 months.Feeling of fullness.Increased amounts of gas.When bending over I feel like an acid reflux feeling but goes away when I stand up.Increase use of antacides due to nausea and acid reflux. Acid reflux and nausea that wakes me in the night.Increased use of my medication for nausea and abdominal pain for my IBS symptoms.

Well come to HCM
All the symptoms here are due to acid reflux disease and this flairs up with emotional stress, not just this but this could cause other symptoms too, in my opinion this can be best treated with the following medicines,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
every thing would be fine soon, hope this medicines helps, have a nice day.
