hi.
You must be taking drug for hypothyroidism,
If you are feeling more lethargic than before, then I will advise you to repeat your thyroid profile again .It may be required to adjust your dose again.
Also take proper meals at right time.
Keep a watch on your weight as well.
Thanks.

General & Family Physician Dr. Sushma Rani Sangam's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
With the information provided, Skipping daily breakfast can lead Hypoglycemia -one of the common causes for Dizziness.I sincerely suggest that a balanced diet and timely food is a must .
Stress, skipping breakfast, untimely food intake,Unbalanced diet can have impact on Blood sugar and blood pressure levels in the body.

Please do not worry too much and Re check your Blood pressure after a week with improved timely diet & rest & Physical activity -morning walk, evening walk etc .
If dizziness still persists,I suggest you to consult a physician if the dizziness persists and With respect to your other medical conditions like Thyroid ,advise to recheck Thyroid levels & consult an endocrinologist.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health
