With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of acute viral upper respiratory tract
infection with associated rash.
These viral rash
and respiratory tract infection has span of 3-4 days and symptoms progressively decreases.
She should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
She should take complete antibiotic therapy ( to avoid secondary bacterial infection), decongestants, mucolytics, and cough
She should apply calamine
lotion locally on rash.
Avoid cold drinks and oily food.
Perform gargle three times in day; a glass of lukewarm water with a pinch of salt.
