Extra skin near vaginal opening

My name is Brooke shields (name changed) I am 23 years old and i Live in Bond Head Ontario, Austria Today I found a 2cm abnormality right beside my vaginal opening on the right side. It looks like extra skin but when i touch it, it feels like a scar but when i touch it, it hurts like a cut. I am also having a lot of redness in the area and it is also warm, itchy and very painful. It doesn't hurt when i urinate but when my urine touches the abnormality it burns severely. I put some relief cream for a yeast infection on the area and it did not help at all. Also at the present time i have a chest infection and infections in both my ears. Would you happen to have any insight as to what the problem may be? Thank you for your time

It could probably be folliculitis (infection of hair follicle) or sexually transmitted condition like Viral wart. The infectious origin is evident with your description. Now we have to find out the mode of transmission and the type of infection. For this we need your medical history and sexual history.
