Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms most likely are caused by peptic ulcers or acid reflux disease, however other abdominal diseases should be also considered. With peptic ulcers the symptoms usually appear 1-2 hours after a meal. It is advisable for you to have abdominal ultrasound, blood work and upper GI endoscopy performed.
Chest pain should be always checked with heart condition. Therefore you should have at least heart ECG performed. Especially if your pain radiates to the left arm or jaw.
In a meanwhile you should avoid coffee, fruit juices, chocolate, soft drinks.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
