Experienced Chest Pain But Normal Results. What Is Going On?

I experienced this a little over a year ago and ekg blood tests and xrays came back normal and now For about a month I have been experiencing chest pain upper back pain and pain in both sides at times I feel perfectly fine other times I feel bad so it is not constant I also have a dry cough at times I am 25 I smoke but not much and have still worked everyday hard labor

THIS COULD BE UNSTABLE ANGINA. EKG NORMAL DONE NOT RULE OUT HEART ATTACK. YOU SHOULD UNDERGO TREADMEAL TEST WHICH COULD DETECT AN UNSTABLE ANGINA.
