Experience Earache, Toothache, Jaw Ache, Headache, Muzzy Head, Bug Due To Catarrh. Treatment?

I regularly experience earache, toothache (across all my top teeth), jaw ache and headache and muzzy head. Right at the moment I am in the throws of a nasty bug that means I am full of catarragh and have these symptoms very strongly. Obviously that is because I have the bug but I wonder if it might me that I had a level of sinus trouble before I got this bug. What do you think?

Hello and welcome,
Thanks for writing in.
Since you are C/O toothache across all your top teeth,chances of maxillary sinusitis has to be ruled out.
I would advice you to get a thorough clinical as well x-ray of sinus view done.
Get scaling done.
All your decayed or eroded/abraded teeth has to be restored.
Grossly decayed teeth has to be extracted.
Take complete course of antibiotics too.
Wisdom teeth if impacted,has to be removed or flap overlying tooth has to be removed to enhance tooth eruption.
Also examine your jaws for any dislocation/inflammation and get it treated.
