Epigastric Pain, Nausea, Endometriosis. Have IBS, Anxiety. Taking Wellbutin. Any Ideas?

Hello, I am a 27 yr old female and have been having SEVERE epigastric burning pain and EXTREME nausea for about 3 months consistently. It happens almost everyday, and I cannot pinpoint anything that causes it or is related to it. I have had endometriosis for the past 9 years (unrelated), lactose intolerant, IBS , anxiety/ depression (i have been on wellbutrin for years now), have had an appendectomy, 3 laparoscopic surgeries for the endo, have had a HIDA scan, and colonoscopy. They found 2 benign polyps in the colonoscopy. I have ALWAYS been affected by food, but these days...no matter what I eat/if I eat or what I m doing..the extreme stomach pain and nausea comes out of nowhere. I have also been struggling with stomach tenderness, abdominal swelling/bloating and gas for quite some time. I also get shooting, unbearable pains in my rectum area when needing to pass gas or bowel movement...I almost pass out from it. I know my best next step is to get a endoscopy and I plan on doing that asap. I know It s a lot but if you have any ideas of what this could possibly be...please let me know. Thank you!

Hi, you have lactose intolarance, so you should avoid milk and milk products. To be on safe side you also avoid gluten containing foods like wheat and barley. Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
There could be pancriatitis, or gastric ulcer. you may have to take M.R.I. and gastroscopy, So i advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
