Ear Infection, Swelling In Lymph Nodes Under Ear And Eye Lid, Bump Under Eye, Rashes, Numbness In Tongue, Cold Sweats. Help

I have a severe ear infection that has lasted for months. The lymph node under my ear is swollen but not painful. I have developed a painful rash behind my ear. I have swelling in my upper eye lid and a bump under my eye. My lower jaw feels very painful (like dull pin and needles) stings. Numb tounge and I have cold sweats with no fever

Thanks for writing to us.

The swelling on lower jaw as well as on lymph nodes can occur due to inflammation due to impacted wisdom tooth .

Usually antibiotics as well as analgesics has to be administered in such cases.

Tooth has to be either extracted or retained depending on the position as well as space available for tooth eruption.

Gargle frequently with lukewarm saline.

Maintain oral hygiene well.
