Dull And Sharp, Severe Chest Pain. Diagnosed Severe Gastritis. No Help From Intake Of Apple Cide Vinegar. Help
The last like 4 months chest pain in middle to left side of chest sometimes dull and sharp goes to left back area was diagnosed with severe gastritis cannot lay down pain gets worse as treatment every night drink apple cide vinegar to help with the acid sometimes helps sometime does not at times may feel like gas but can never get rid of pain and cannot lay down at night or sleep very well.Feel under the breast area like were ribs are located very frustrated with pain

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,upper GI endoscopy,ultrasound of abdomen,ECG in all leads.
Further investigations may be done if needed.
You can take tablet pantoprazole 40mg once daily half hour before breakfast for 6 weeks.
H.Pylori treatment may be given after positive test in biopsy.
Avoid taking oily and spicy food.
Don't take alcohol and quit smoking if you are smoker.
Get well soon.
