Done Prostate Cancer Operation. Burning Sensation During Urination, Lower Back Pain

hello my name is barry sr i just recently had a prostate cancer operation 4 months ago i have had two follow ups and the surgen says that every went ok my family doctor told me along time ago that i had kidney problems but i just did nothing about it as i drive a dump truck for a living things are getting worse i have a burning sensation when i try go to the bath room almost every hour on the hour the urine stream is just a dribble also i have a lot pain in my lower back where my kidneys are is there anything that i could do for my problem thks barry sr

For sure it is not the kidney problem, but could be cystitis (Inflammation of urinary bladder) due to some infection I if would be your doctor then I would put you on antibiotic treatment as an empirical way, and I would give same advise to you , start Ofloxacine 600 mg twice a day for seven day, every thing will be okay, and if it does not relieve then further investigation will be needed, with regards to malignant disease, have word with your doctor take good care, bye
