Does Topzole Have Any Side Effects?
Hi Doc I have been suffering from indigestion and a feeling like something is stuck in my throat with swollen tonsils....a doctor prescribed me prednisone cortisone and xefo4 this medication caused severe side effects pain in chest and entire body aches now an ENT specialist recommended that i discontinue those medication and he prescibed me topzole for severe pain in abdomen...should i continue with topzole and should i go for acupuncture

Indigestion and feeling of something in the throat indicates that you have Gastroenteritis and possibly with the possible GERD,
Prednisolone is not at all meant for such a problem.
I would advise you to continue with Topzole, stop xefo4 and add on PPI like omeprazole, take domperidone and an antacid.
This will solve your problem.
