Does The Test Result Recommend Any Treatment Before Trying For Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, I am 34 years old, Three months before i got aborted . The doctor advised to do Torch Test-IGG and ESR. we did the both Tests. and the result is: igg is positive for Toxo, Rubella and CMV. and igm is negative.so whether we will start for pregnency. or we need to go any other further treatment? Please suggest..

Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is important to rule out TORCH infections before attempting pregnancy since these infections have a deleterious effect on pregnancy.
IgM negativity for TORCH infections rules out recent infection and thus it is safe to plan pregnancy.
Besides TORCH tests other tests like blood glucose, blood pressure and hemoglobin need to be assessed.
They all need to be in normal range.
After conception, regular antenatal check ups are required to assess maternal as well as fetal well being.
