Does Pain In The Toe Pad/joints Indicate Gout?

Last night I went to sleep with no pain but I woke up in the middle of the night with extreme pain in my left toe. Unsure about the exact loaction but feels like it is around the toe pad/joint. Was wondering if it is gout...but I have never suffered from anything like this before.

hello
I have studied your case with due diligence.
Yes, you are suffering from gout. This is due to deposition of uric acid crystal in the joint and soft tissue which cause inflammation in the joint and tissue. You need to check your uric acid level, ESR, CRP, KFT. If uric acid level comes out to be high it would support diagnosis of gout.
You can have anti inflammatory Tab indometacin 25 mg tds. Avoid alcoholic drinks and meet.
I think you would be satisfied with the information provided.
