Does Fever And Constipation Mean A Return Of Typhoid Fever?

Hii i m 21 years old. I ws suffering from typhoid fever frm 15th june till 3rd july.Bt then the fever went off Bt i was tired n weak.I was allright till 20days after that. Bt then again I gt fever. N I feel extremely weak n tired. evn have constipation. My question is, I think my typhoid fever is bak again cuz i didnt tak rest after d fever at all due to my hard study life..
