Welcome to Healthcare Magic
This could be due to gastrointestinal infection or malabsorption. Your child needs to be evaluated especially if any diarrhoea, refusal to feed, crying continuously indicative of abdominal pain. Increase the fluid in diet. Give more fresh fruits and vegetables for now. Get her to a Paediatrician as soon as you can to get her investigated if the smell doesn't pass or she develops any symptoms.
