Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

I am familiar with the treatment you are describing, and I think that the amount of bleeding sounds like less than you should have expected. It is not appropriate to just keep treating yourself with the same regimen if it is not working. You need to see a doctor and find out if you are still pregnant and make sure that the pregnancy is not in the tube.

I hope that this helps and good luck!

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Arthotec is a combination of diclofenac and misoprostol.
Usually it is used as analgesic.
And you should not take tablets without consulting doctor.
If you are not having heavy bleeding, pain abdomen etc, possibly abortion might have completed.
To confirm the completion of abortion, better to go for ultrasound.
If ultrasound rules out the possibility of retained products of conception, no need to worry.
If retained products are found, consult gynecologist once and get examined.
Depending on the quantity of retained products further management can be planned.
Minimal products can be removed with the help of tablets.
Take care.
