Does Antibiotic For Sinus Can Cause Bumps In The Mouth?
I have a sinus infection and I am on antibiotics for the infection. yesterday i noticed bumps on my tongue and in my mouth. what causes that? I am taking an oral antibiotic and well as a combination of two antibiotics and a steriod that I am using an atomizer to breath into my nose.
thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the bumps could be because of the fungal infection secondary to the use of antibiotic and steroids. or it can be enlarged circumvallate papillae secondary to chronic irritation or trauma. consult your oral physician to rule out these things and if it is because of the fungal infection then you can start with topical antifungal agents. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
