Unprotected sex with a person who has a history of promiscuous behavior certainly puts you at risk of STD's. It would be really hard to comment on the cause of your symptoms without a physical examination and ruling out a local cause. I would suggest that you visit a sexual health specialist in your region and get yourself checked. Your doctor will also do various tests at appropriate intervals to ascertain whether you have any STD's or not. Testing is advisable for all possible STD's like herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, warts and Molluscum etc Herpes can be tested earliest at 2 weeks; HIV and Syphilis at 1 months followed by repeat testing at 3 months. Moreover if you notice any ulcers, erosions, discharge, growths or warts etc you must get yourself checked with a venereologist.
