Firstly, Vyvanse is a lisdexamfetanime dimesylate, works as stimulant in central nervous system, to treat attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) and binge eating disorder (too much eating in case of mental disorder). the symptoms you mentioned above are some side effects of Vyvanse. the most common are insomnia (27%), irritability (10%), headache (12%), dry mouth/xerostomia (27%), anorexia (27%), stomachache (12%). the others minor effects are blurred vision, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, emotional lability, increased blood pressure and heart rate, decreased appetite and weight loss, unusual tiredness or weakness, psychology disorder such as paranoia, overreact emotionally, rapidly swinging moods etc. what you feel after using Vyvanse is sometimes called Vyvanse crash or Vyvanse comedown .
