Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
Your pre breakfast and post lunch blood sugar reading are on little higher side.
You have not mentioned any medicine for diabetes in your drugs list.
If you are not taking any thing more than this , then,
1.Adjust your diet 2. Increase your exercise.
OR 3.you should be added at least one anti diabetic drug.
If you are already taking one , see your doctor to review the doses of your medicines.
Hope you have answer to your question.
Good luck.

Dear sir, i have understood your question.. but you have not mentioned the medications you are on for diabetes.. or just on lifestyle management.. any way even with medications the lifestyle modifications are very important. please continue statin in the night.. You need to get your FBG, lipid profile, microalbuminuria and HbA1c checked. as i see what ever medications you are on....your medications are sufficient for time being if you are committed for lifestyle changes.. first stay away from all the fast / processed / and fried food stuffs .. divide your meal in to 4-5 parts per day whenever you feel hungry.. add more of fiber rich food stuffs like green leafy vegetables, raw fruits.. (not juices), eat very less of carbohydrates, avoid sugar completely.. take Millets and breads prepared out of it ...do take more of proteins ... like egg white... say no to oils and cholesterol rich food stuffs ... u can take thin cuts of fish (boiled) but chicken (without skin) rarely...sir, based on this you prepare your diet chart and strictly follow it ..Do exercise .. walk at least half an hour to one hour a day ... try and practice yoga and pranayama ... some aasanas are very easy to practice and also beneficial. Quit smoking and reduce your alcohol intake. Moreover, beet root juice (inorganic nitrate), olive leaves, garlic, termeric, tamarind also have proven benefits. if u can follow these (have to!!) you can definitely see difference yourself by the time you have your next blood investigation report in two months ...ALL THE BEST THANK YOU
