HELLO THERE.

NO YOU SHOULD NOT USE CLINDAMYCIN.

ALSO IF YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN CLOTRIMAZOLE FOR ORAL USE, STRICTLY AVOID.

YOU ARE IN YOUR EARLY PREGNANCY WHEN ALL DRUGS SHOULD BE AVOIDED. tHE ABOVE DRUGS ARE MOREOVER NOT SAFE AS THEY ARE LIKELY TO CAUSE BIRTH DEFECTS OR AFFECT YOUR PREGNANCY.

KINDLY CONSULT YOUR GYNECOLOGIST AGAIN. MENTION THAT YOU ARE PREGNANT.
ANTI FUNGAL TABLETS LIKE CLOTRIMAZOLE ARE SAFE WHEN USED LOCALLY THAT IS INSERTED IN VAGINA. BUT ORAL USE OF THESE IS NOT SAFE IN PREGNANCY.

VAGINAL DISCHARGE IN INFECTION IS TREATED MAINLY WITH LOCAL VAGINAL TABLETS AND SAFE ANTIBIOTICS LIKE CEPHALOSPORIN GROUP.

I HOPE I HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUERY.

TAKE CARE.
