Diagnosed With Enlarged Uterus. On Birth Control For Heavy And Long Periods. Have Back Pain And Cramp. Suggest?

I have been diagnosed with enlarged uterus. I was told it was the size as if I was 14 weeks pregnant. That was in Feb 2013. Since then I'm on my 3rd month of birth control to control the heavy bleeding and long periods. During these last 3 months my periods are lighter and much shorter, but the back pain is unbearable and starting to have problems with urination. Cramping all the time and pelvic pressure worsening. Is this a sign my uterus has gotten bigger or something else

Hi, massive uterus could be due to the fibroids, or a grouth. when you stop the pills again you will have the bkeeding back due to the abnormal uterus. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
If she suggests surgery don't neglect. Thank you.
