Diagnosed With Diabetic Type 2. Kidneys Are Aching. Pain In Stomach, Vagina, Anus. Headaches. Treatment?
hi i was dianosed on wednesy as a diabetic type 2, Now im having to wait to start my medication on monday, my kidneys have been hurting me for almost 3 months now, and starting on friday i got a shooting pain in my lower stomach and then it went to my vagina and anus, and down to both legs, its a pain that wont go away, i have been having severe headaches, What should i do?

I do agree with you that pain is in stomach , but how could it go in vagina & anus.
In my point of view, this pain may be in abdomen and then refers to vagina & anus.
Kidney hurts ? both , but how can you say this as kidneys are in the back on both side of vertebral column, just above iliac bones ( back).
Type 2 diabetes diagnosed , so upload all reports of blood as sugar , lipid levels, ultrasound of both kidneys & whole abdomen.

Shooting pain in abdomen and then it is spreading mainly suggests ureteric calculi. Get done once urine routine and USG abdomen to diagnose the cause. Now drink plenty of fluids, take NSAID like paracetamol and adjust your diet and exercises. Since diagnosed with Type 2 DM recently if you can put values here we can discuss in detail about line of management, drugs, diet and exercise. Hope I answered your question.
