Diagnosed With Common Variable Immune And Iron Deficiency, Anemic. Having Memory Loss, Back Pain. Possible Causes ?

Hello. I have ben diagnosed with common variable immune deficiency disease. I also have anemia and iron deficiency. I've had two heart attacks from clots and also chronic untreated depression, chronic back pain in lumbar and cervical area that never had union as my body absorbed my bone grafts as did my upper right arm that was held together by a plate and screws but as well the bone graft was re absorbed.MY memory has been going on and off for last several years as well as my ability to reason and deal with stress. I use to be very able to problem solve and be creative and also deal with any situation. I can't seem to even help myself. It's all I can do to go to a doctor if I even think they may be able to come u with an answer to help me. I am 54 and feel as though I'm 90. And as if I'm running out of time to find an answer. I want to be around for my family but not as a burden. I tested positive for a genetic defect called MTHFR and was wondering if there was a chance that there was a test for another type of genetic defect that may be causing these other issues?

Hi Mr.... ( You did not said your name)
Do not give up any hope just be happy I understand your Genetic problem but it is really nothing worry at all this kind of mutation in MTHFR gene is not life threatening, anemia can treated with taking iron containing diet, you can fight with your depression very well, only thing required for this is to find out from where the depression is coming, when you think that you are 90 years old instead of 54 then why cant you think or feel that you are just 18 years old come on boy have fun with life every thing will be all right, do not worry if your bad memories goes off. Take very very good care of further coming years.
