Developed A Clogged Feeling In Ear After Watching Movie With Earphone. Any Idea?
i was watching a movie at a low volume using earbuds. at theat time i developed a clogged feeling in my ear and low hearing ability. this was almost two weeks ago and neither drops nor warm water cleaning helps. There is no pain, but the clogged feeling makes me think this is an ear infection . is it an infection, or something more serious?
If the clogged feeling would have gradually subsided in a few minutes, hours or even a day, it could have been due to the increased pressure, caused due to long duration of earplug use.
But, as this was two weeks ago, there could have been a chance that either this has caused an infection, or even causes that are unrelated to your activity.
It is best to visit an E.N.T. (ear, nose, throat) specialist, so the doctor could examine your ear and help establish a diagnose and treat you from thereon.
