General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
There might have been Otitis Externa which has inbuilt wax clogging the ear. Hydrogen peroxide cleans the dirt and the wax well provided it is tolerated well.
Consult an ENT Surgeon for a clinical examination and cleaning by the professional hands and you need to start taking medicines and topical medicines to be instilled in the ear .
