Delayed Periods, Sore Breasts, Mild Cramps, Fatigue. Negative Pregnancy Test, HCG Test. Causes For Symptoms?

Hi.. My period is 12 days late. I ve taken 2 hpt & 1 quantative beta hcg test...all came back negative but I m having some pregnancy signs. Sore breasts,mild cramping & extreme fatigue . My doctor said I m nowhere close to menopause & I m in phase 1 of something to do w/ ovulation. Can you possibly give me some clarification ? Thank You

In simple language your periods are going to be irregular as you reach menopuse. This might last for a year or so till your periods completely stop.
