What Causes Periods Along With Pregnancy Symptoms?
For the last month or so I have been having pregnancy symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, nausea without vomitting. I recently had my period but it was a week early. After it went away i waited a few days and took a pregnancy test. It came back negative but i am still having these symptoms. Could I be pregnant?

With only symptoms you can not diagnose pregnancy.
UPT are highly sensitive and accurate.
I would suggest you to repeat after week of missed period and with morning sample.
