Delayed Periods, Bump On Vagina And Painful Urination After Having Unprotected Sex. What Could This Be?

Hi, so I have had unprotected sex and my period Is a week late and I have a bump on my vagina by my opening and it hurts to pee and some times sit also my butt is starting to feel the same to sit down it it also hurts to wipe. Do you know what this could be?
