Sometimes, during the initial few days after your miscarriage, the blood HCG values would indicate a past pregnancy. However, the time elapsed is crucial, which is not available from your query. Also, other reasons could be a very early pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy. Of course there are the usual culprits like stress, anxiety, weight gain or loss, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovaries etc which could be responsible.
