Hello,
thanks for using health care magic.

After, the expected date of menses, pregnancy test should be very sensitive and with accurate results if the test is well carried out. If the test used makes use of urine, early morning urine is best for the test because it has a higher concentration of the hormone being tested for a positive pregnancy. However, after 12 days, a negative results is strongly considered negative.

There are other causes of delayed menses including
-sporadic menstrual abnormalities such as ovarian cysts,
-polycystic ovarian syndrome,
-increase weight or obesisty
-stress
-etc.

What i will advise you to do, is to re do the pregnancy test with early morning urine and if the results is negative, you meet your doctor for investigation of other possible causes.

Hope this helps you.
